Base phase (weeks 1-4): 2,300 calories, 260g carbohydrate, 65g fat. Build phase (weeks 5-8): 2,450 calories, 280g carbohydrate on training days, 190g on rest days, 70g fat. Notice the deload calories are the highest number in the cycle, not the lowest — that surprises most clients the first time we set it up. The instinct is to keep cutting through the easy week.
