High-Performance Training
As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always been drawn to the weight room and strength and conditioning. However, my own fitness journey took a turn in my early 20s when I experienced three separate low back injuries. This led me to seek out expert coaching and embark on a transformative journey.
After 3+ years of dedicated training and mentorship, I experienced significant improvements in my movement, physique, and overall well-being. Now, I’m passionate about sharing that same transformative experience with my clients.
What is High-Performance Training?
My approach to high-performance training is comprehensive and physiology-driven. I’ll teach you how to move efficiently and effectively through the main movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull.
Whether you’re a baseball player looking to improve your exit velocity, a former collegiate athlete wanting to regain your fitness level, or a busy parent seeking efficient workouts, I’ll meet you where you are and create a roadmap to success.

My background includes:
- Strength and Conditioning at Dartmouth College: Interned in the varsity weight room and served as Director of High Performance and interim Head Coach for the Men’s rugby team.
- Flight Performance and Fitness (Boston): Gained invaluable experience working with diverse clients, from youth athletes to national team players and older adults.
- NSCA Certifications: Hold both the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certifications.
- 10,000+ Hours of Coaching: I’ve accumulated extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities.

Nutrition Coaching
I’m also a certified Nutrition Coach through Dr. Layne Norton’s “BioLayne” nutrition course. I’ll help you master the fundamentals of nutrition, including protein intake, nutrient balance, sleep, and hydration.
