Hello Ladies and Gents! I’m Eli Harned, and I’m passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and transform your life. My areas of focus are strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, nutrition, and personal growth.

My Journey

Born and raised in Berea, Kentucky, I joined the Marine Corps and found myself in California. After completing my service, I decided to stay in Del Mar and pursue my passion for fitness. The Marine Corps instilled in me the values of discipline, hard work, and determination, which have shaped my approach to personal training.

From Misery to Mission

My fitness journey began about ten years ago, but it wasn’t until I left an unfulfilling career that I decided to turn my passion into a profession. I was tired of being unhappy, so I immersed myself in learning everything I could about exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and experience the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle.
