Hey Fam, I’m Anthony Dain, a Jersey boy who made it to the west coast. I have nearly 10,000 group fitness classes coached and over 20 years of personal training and fitness experience, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others transform theirs.
I’m the youngest of 6 kids where athletics and fitness were engrained at a young age. Health and fitness isn’t just what I do- it’s who I am.

My Background:
I hold a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, NASM Certified, CPR/AED trained and I’ve spent the last decade leading group fitness and the past six years specializing in personal training. Throughout this journey, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals— each with unique goals, challenges, and dreams. My passion lies in turning those dreams into reality.

My Personal Approach:
I specialize in strength training, HIIT, body recomposition, weight loss, injury prevention and building muscle. I have been able to work with up to 45 people in one class and able to give each individual their own personal experience. My resumé is backed by real-world results, experience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create lasting change.
