Semi-private training is one of the most popular ways our Del Mar and Solana Beach clients train — but
it’s often misunderstood as a “group class.” It isn’t. Here’s how it actually works at Self Made Del Mar

Individual programs, shared session

In a semi-private session, you train in a small group of two to four, but every person follows their
own individualized program. The coach moves between clients, cueing technique and adjusting loads. You
get expert programming and real coaching attention at a lower per-session cost than one-on-one.
