I’m Dacey Perez, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself. I grew up with a love for sports, primarily volleyball and boxing. I played volleyball at the collegiate level and have been boxing for 9 years. My passion for fitness and helping others led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer.

I’ve gained valuable experience at various fitness facilities, including:

  • BXNG Club: Worked as a Tier 3 trainer, honing my skills in personalized training.
  • Title Boxing Club: Coached clients for 2 years, developing expertise in boxing techniques and training methods.
  • Bomber Squad Boxing Academy: Further refined my boxing skills and knowledge.

I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), ensuring that my training programs are based on the latest scientific principles.
